We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders from Cyprus to local and international destinations.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier, customs, or other external factors. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

Any customs duties or import taxes outside Cyprus are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@klatses.com
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or used socks.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the standard returns process.
