This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Klatses website are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in Cyprus.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details where available.

Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from Cyprus. We offer shipping within Cyprus and to selected international destinations. Available delivery locations will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Different delivery options are available on the website, each with its own estimated delivery timeframe. These estimates depend on the delivery method selected, destination, and the courier provider.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processes, weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical issues.

Klatses is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or service disruptions caused by the delivery provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method, destination, and order size. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Klatses is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. While we will do our best to assist with communication and tracking, Klatses is not liable for lost or delayed parcels caused by the shipping provider.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
