Refund Policy

We want you to love your Klatses! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns if:

 

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

 

You contact us within 14 days of delivery

 

The socks are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn or tried on.

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

Email us at contact@klatses.com with:

 

Your order number

 

A photo of the issue (if damaged/incorrect)

 

The reason for your return

 

We’ll reply with instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

 

If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the shipping cost.

 

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

 

4. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different design, simply return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

6. Cancellations

 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return procedure.
