If you grew up in Cyprus, no explanation needed. If you didn’t, trust us on this one. Pattiha & Halloumi is the Cypriot summer combo. Cold, juicy watermelon paired with salty halloumi, preferably eaten somewhere in the shade while it’s approximately 700°C outside.
So obviously, we put them on socks.
One foot gets the pattiha, the other gets the halloumi. A perfectly mismatched pair of Cyprus socks, celebrating one of those combinations that shouldn’t make sense, but somehow absolutely does.
